• We only accept online payment through PayPal at this moment in time. If you do not have (or want) to set up an account, simply create a guest profile at checkout.
• All prices quoted on this website are shown in pounds sterling (£), are accurate at the time of publication.

• We aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) of your order being placed. All parcels require a signature on delivery.
• Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

• You may cancel your physical CD order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
• We are able to offer a refund on any physical CD items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase, in perfect condition, in the original packaging. Perfect condition means that the item is unopened, unused and free from any damage. If you choose to return an item, this will be done at your own cost.
• Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us and the postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility. Bartek Dabrowski will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged so be sure to get proof of posting. We recommend you return your package via a secure and reliable postal service. The product you return must be in original condition; unopened, unused and free from any damage.
• Music downloads (digital files) are non refundable, non exchangeable and non refundable.
